Your school may also wish to include a half-day educational trip up to the Mer de Glace to learn more about the famous glacier. 

On the slopes

Many dedicated skiers place Chamonix on their bucket list of alpine adventures. Specially-designed runs in the valley provide beginners with the space to develop their skills and confidence. Not far from the accommodation, chair and drag lifts open up to a wealth of green and blue runs. Intermediates can continue their development on the red slopes of Chamonix before heading off onto the Brevent sector. A great combination of nursery runs, cruising pistes, and testing slopes make this resort town a winner with school groups.
