Known as the Ski Capital of the Haute Maurienne Valley, the Val Cenis ski area comprises the villages of Lanslevillard, Lanslebourg and Termignon. On the border between Italy and France, Val Cenis is the largest resort in the Haute Maurienne region and offers a vast natural, modern and varied ski area, with 125km of piste. 29 lifts, including 2 gondolas, offer excellent access to 55 varied runs
On the Slopes
Val Cenis benefits from reliable natural snowfall as a cold, north-facing ski resort. It has a modern & efficient lift system with an excellent range of pistes, particularly for beginners & intermediates.
There is a wide range of beginner slopes in the valley and several long greens and blues above. Higher up, above the treeline, there is a good variety of intermediate terrain. With wonderfully long beginner pistes of up to 10km, it is a great resort for progression.
