Why choose this resort?
Bardonecchia holds onto tradition built from hosting the first-ever Italian Ski Championships. Offering first-class skiing, an alpine setting and numerous après-ski options, the resort provides everything you could wish for your next school ski trip.
On the slopes
Groups on a school ski trip to Bardonecchia will find over 100kms of skiable terrain, contained within three snow-sure areas, meaning your group will find the right gradient to suit their level. Under the supervision of English-speaking instructors, those new to winter sports can access the lower slopes of Campo Smith before progressing onwards and upwards to the reds and blues of Melezet. Colomion promises a few challenges for advanced skiers and snowboarders, including the legendary Fisi 50 World Cup red run. The upper runs of Cresta Seba and Pra Magnan will also provide testing terrain for your more confident skiers and are well-known for their lumps and bumps. Ideal for Party Leaders deciding on a meeting place for the different abilities, all runs lead back to base station level. When snow conditions are in your favour, skiing the full 1450 vertical is just the best way to cap the day.
